Nine road reps. Six covering the 6 New England States, two covering up state NY and one specilizing in major accounts. All of which are experienced, focused and committed to both the vendor and retailer.

Shea Associates Customers includes mid to high gift shops, Hallmarks, boutiques, gourmet shops, mail order catalogs, and hospital gift shops etc. We have a long term relationship with our customers and vendors that has developed over the 23 years Shea Associates has been active in the territory.

SALES SUPPORT
We have an excellent computer/data system that is the leader in rep software for order and invoice tracking, allowing more time for follow up calls. We use Brandwise/SSI software for standardization of order entry formats. Brandwise either transmits the order electroniclly or by fax for clear copies.
